The mark, the palette, and how to use them
For press, partners and anyone writing about NepalCanWork. Everything here is the live product palette — if something you have doesn't match this page, this page is right.
The mark
A two-peak Himalayan range with a snow-capped summit. The cap is cut as a real hole, which is what lets a single colour show a capped peak on any surface.
on the tilebare, redreversedfull lockupThe downloadable file is the tiled mark, and it ships the summit uncapped on purpose: rasterised to a 16px favicon the snow line falls below one pixel, where it stops reading as a cap and only muddies the peak.
Colour
Three colours carry meaning and are never swapped for decoration. Red says actionable, emerald says the money is safe, crimson says destructive.
Brand red
#DC2626 · --brand / --primary
The mark, and every actionable thing: buttons, links, focus rings. Used sparingly — it means “you can press this”.
Ink
#0C0A09 · --ink
Headings and primary text. Near-black, warm rather than blue.
Canvas
#FBFAF9 · --canvas
The page. A warm off-white, never pure #FFF.
Semantic
Trust
#047857 · --trust
Escrow, money-safe, settled. Never decorative — if it is green, it is a claim about someone's money.
Attention
#B45309 · --attention
Deadlines, pending states, “needs you”.
Danger
#BE123C · --danger
Disputes and destructive actions. Deliberately a cooler crimson than the brand red, so a primary button never reads as a delete button.

Type
One family, Geist Sans, for display and interface alike. There is no second typeface — hierarchy comes from weight and tighter tracking as type grows, not from a contrasting face.

Do
- Use the mark on the brand red tile, or bare in red on a light surface.
- Give it clear space of at least half the mark's height on every side.
- Write the name as one word, two capitals: NepalCanWork.
- Use the supplied SVG so it stays sharp at any size.
Don't
- Recolour the mark, add a gradient to it, or outline it.
- Stretch, rotate, or add a shadow or bevel to the peak.
- Set the name as “Nepal Can Work”, “NEPALCANWORK”, or “Nepalcanwork”.
- Place the bare red mark on a mid-tone or busy photo — use the tile instead.
